Welcome to the Senachwine Club website (“Website”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. These Terms govern your use of our online reservation system, electronic waiver forms, SMS/email notifications, and other services offered through the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website.
1. Membership & Access
- This Website is provided exclusively for members of Senachwine Club and their approved guests.
- Access to certain features, including reservations and waivers, may be password-protected or limited to verified members.
- You agree not to share login credentials, reservation links, or other access details with unauthorized individuals.
2. Reservations
- Members may make hunt reservations through the online system until 5:00 PM the day prior to the scheduled hunt.
- After 5:00 PM, reservations must be made directly with the club secretary (e.g., via phone or text).
- Each hunt reservation is linked to a unique Reservation ID. This must be used for any cancellations or changes.
- Submitting false or incomplete reservation information may result in the reservation being voided.
3. Cancellations
- Members can cancel reservations using the online cancellation form or by contacting the club secretary directly.
- For cancellations, the Reservation ID, member name, and hunting date must match the original booking record.
- Reservations cannot be canceled retroactively (on the day of or after the hunt).
4. Waivers
- All guests are required to complete and sign an electronic waiver before hunting on club property.
- If a guest is under 18, a parent or guardian must complete and sign the waiver on their behalf.
- Waivers are legally binding and stored securely in electronic format for club compliance and safety purposes.
5. Notifications
- The club may send SMS or email notifications regarding hunt schedules, property openings/closures, weather, or other important updates.
- SMS alerts are delivered through a custom notification system and cannot be replied to directly.
- Members who wish to opt out of club-wide notifications must notify the club secretary in writing.
6. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the Website or attempt to interfere with its proper functioning.
- You may not use automated scripts, bots, or similar tools to make reservations or access restricted information.
- You agree to use the Website only for legitimate club purposes related to membership, hunting, meals, and related activities.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
The Website and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Senachwine Club makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or availability of the Website, weather/river data, or third-party integrations. Members and guests assume all risks associated with hunting and participation in club activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senachwine Club shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:
- Use of the Website or reliance on its content;
- Reservation errors, cancellations, or availability of hunts;
- SMS/email delivery failures or delays;
- Third-party service interruptions (e.g., Google Calendar, Weather Underground, USGS data feeds).
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois, with jurisdiction in Marshall County where the club operates.
